we are launching this site that uses coldfusion and it is all done sitting on our dev server.
everyday my boss asks if we are ready to launch and every day i say:
'yes we just need you to set up the server and we will transfer the files'
(the boss is our system administrator too)
and everyday he doesn't set it up... it has been a month and a half...
