One time in an interview HR asked me re: familiarity with FTP on a scale of 1 to 10. Told her 7 cuz I don't know the Unix command lines. (That would have been a stupid question if she was just talking about the GUI tool).. Scary, she prolly had no clue what she was asking.
That's kinda like asking if someone knew how to use MS Office.. duh ?
