One client demanded that the point size on the website was to be no less than 12. Than we found out the client was looking at printed samples of the webpage, not on screen in a browser.
This same client asked us to quote a photoshoot for them, then didn't like our quote, then when and shot it themselves and ended up paying at least $10k more than if we would've done it.
