I designed and maintain a website for a Winery Inn. Every time I update a page, their contact asks me if she will be able to print it this time. Every time, I have to remind her that no, the computer will not print white text. Occasionally when she asks this stupid frickin question I mention that since all I'm doing is pasting in text which she has written, if she has run her spell check and read over it, it should be fine. She will never concede my point though, always insisting that it must be proofed, and that maybe we should re-design the site to make it easier to print for proofing purposes.
