One of my best came from my current boss:
Him: "You know those new pictures you were making for the new web site?"
Me: "The Flash animation?"
Him: "Yeah...I just got an e-mail from my lawyers saying that if we put a new web site up, it would clear up some stuff...so put that up."
Me: "But right now it's just some buttons that don't go anywhere."
Him: "That's ok. Just get it up today."
Now, the company web site has been a Flash animation for the last couple months...thank god our clients don't use the web site much
