ok, here's one about DIY-clients...
I made this site for a firm which consists of several smaller firms. They each stand alone and were offered a personal site for a very fair price.
One (of course, there's always the cheapshit) thought it was too expensive and wanted to do it himself.
Later I saw the results (thanks to the stats on my site) and here's how I think that guy made his site:
"Hey... nice images (on my site)... Lemme see... right-mouse-click... save image as... I'll just put it on my desktop. Right, let's open Frontpage. Drag 'n' drop... some text... there we go! Publish and finished."
Of course, he's the only one who can see the image with tags like <img src="file:///C|windows/desktop...etc...
