After 4 months working on a huge site, two weeks before launch:
"Hey, we might have to change those graphics. Some people in India bought our domain name before we could get it."
A dotcom without a dotcom...two weeks before launch.

"Hey can we go back to the first one you did three weeks ago?"
Classic Line:
"Let's revisit that."
"What do you mean we can't change that font?" (taking about HTML text, he wanted it to be Treefrog. Shoot me.)
"What do you mean that's difficult? I sent you a JPEG! What the hell is a PSD?"
"Can you make it look like the Nike logo, but a different color?"
Thats all I can remember right now.
