Client Quote 355/521:

I have this recurring nightmare, only I'm always awake. I've just done a working prototype from a comp that's been 20,000 revisions to get it perfectly balanced.

Client: "This is great. Perfect."

Ten minutes later in the conversation.

Client: "Now the rest of the pages are going to be at least 3 or 4 times as long as this one."

Yet I never seem to learn!

Another of my favorites is this.

Client: "I'm going to want 50 to 100 pictures on most of these pages"

or

Client: "This picture is really blurry."

Me: "The picture you gave me is blurry."

Client: "You can't fix that?"

or...

Cookie-cutter design spec form:"text color (hexidecimal):"

Answer: "Pantone 285"

I've also had the aforementioned "CAUCASION" experience. Ugly... very ugly.
